A Shopify shop connected to Kigo.Cloud: every order gets a fiscalized invoice.
No retyping and no manual invoicing. Shopify sends the order, Kigo.Cloud does the rest.
The customer pays in your Shopify store by card, PayPal, cash on delivery or bank transfer.
When you fulfil the order, Shopify sends it to Kigo.Cloud through a webhook, with items, prices and VAT.
Kigo.Cloud creates the invoice and fiscalizes it with the Croatian Tax Administration (ZKI and JIR codes).
The invoice is e-mailed to the customer, and you keep it in Kigo.Cloud with all other invoices.
Kigo.Cloud checks the payment status when the order arrives. A paid order becomes an invoice and an unpaid one an offer, which you turn into an invoice once the money arrives.
The payment method is recognised automatically, and you can set your own rules for special cases.
| Shopify | On the invoice |
|---|---|
| Card (Shopify Payments) | Card |
| PayPal | Bank transfer |
| Cash on delivery | Bank transfer |
| Bank deposit | Bank transfer |
| Unpaid order | Offer instead of an invoice |
Items are taken from the order with price and tax. An item that does not exist in Kigo.Cloud yet is created by its SKU, so you do not have to enter items in advance.
| Item | Qty | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Printed T-shirt, M | 2 | 49,90 € |
| Mug 330 ml | 1 | 35,00 € |
The fulfilled order is sent to Kigo.Cloud: Invoice 245-1-1 fiscalized
A company enters its name and OIB in the Company name field at checkout. Kigo.Cloud recognises the OIB, creates the company as a customer and issues an R1 invoice.
Kigo.Cloud recognises the OIB (11 digits) and issues an R1 company invoice to Primjer d.o.o.
When you cancel or fully refund an order in Shopify, Kigo.Cloud reverses its invoice. When the customer returns only some items, a credit note is issued for those items.
| Document | Order | Amount | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Invoice 245-1-1 | #1042 | 84,90 € | Paid |
| Reversal 246-1-1 | #1042 cancelled | -84,90 € | Storno |
| Credit note 251-1-1 | #1049 1 item returned | -35,00 € | Credit note |
In Kigo.Cloud open the Shopify integration settings and copy the webhook address.
In Shopify Admin open Settings, Notifications and add a webhook for fulfilled orders (and for cancelled ones, for reversals).
Place a test order and check that the invoice appears in Kigo.Cloud.
Receiving and fiscalizing Shopify orders is available from the Standard plan. With Business, Kigo.Cloud and Shopify also keep items, stock, prices and categories in sync, both ways.

The Shopify shop is connected to Kigo.Cloud. Kigo.Cloud creates an invoice from every order and fiscalizes it, and a cancelled order automatically gets a cancellation invoice.
Receiving and fiscalizing orders is available from the Standard plan, and two-way synchronization of items, stock and prices from the Business plan.
Kigo.Cloud is made by Symmetria d.o.o. from Zagreb and BID Grupa d.o.o. from Rijeka, a team building invoicing and fiscalization software since 2013, with support in Croatian and English.
