PDR

Hail dent repair: assessment per panel and a price from the price list.

PDR

Hail estimates by panel, prices from the price list.

On the vehicle map you mark dents by panel and the price comes from the price list by size and count, with modifiers. The estimate becomes a service booking and a PDR order. Data can also come from the DriveNScan 3D scanner.

Price lists

Four ways to price, the way you work.

A PDR price list can be based on standard hours, fixed prices, a variable hourly rate or a price per dent. The price comes from a matrix of dent size and count: enter five dents and the program takes the 4 to 6 range by itself. You set sizes and ranges to your practice, from millimetre classes to a separate aluminium category.

Modifiers

Hard access, aluminium or a panel edge raise the price by themselves.

Modifiers are percentage additions to the base price from the matrix, and in each price list you set how much each is worth. For example hard access with dismantling plus 30%, an aluminium panel plus 50%, a panel edge plus 20%.

Quote

From estimate to quote, from quote to work order.

You tick the damages and click Create quote. When the customer or insurer approves the quote, the damages move into a work order, and the program remembers which damage is already on a quote or order. On the vehicle map every damage sits on its panel.
