A vehicle gets a card with all its data, enters through a vehicle receipt and costing, and is sold from quote to invoice. Used vehicles go on a margin invoice.

AUTO with full VAT, AUTO-M with VAT on the margin.
A vehicle bought from a VAT payer (importer, distributor, leasing company) goes into the AUTO category with a vehicle receipt at full VAT. A used vehicle bought from a private person goes into AUTO-M with a margin vehicle receipt and VAT only on the difference. You also add pass-through items such as special motor vehicle tax, NZZV and registration.
